Our history
We started as Mezzo Labs back in 2006, created to solve one basic problem: Marketers were not using data to find what was (and wasn't) working. They were relying on gut-feel to drive decisions.
Over the next 15 years, we grew quickly and globally. We hired a team of talented experts in data strategy, data architecture, web analytics, CX analytics, insights, data science, Conversion Rate Optimisation (AB testing) and marketing automation. We opened offices in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
In 2023, we were delighted to be acquired by The MISSION Group plc. Headquartered in London, MISSION is a collection of 19 marketing agencies with staff of over 1000, operating across 3 continents.
In 2025, we became Bray Leino Labs. Bray Leino is one of The Mission Group’s largest agencies: “the home of brand growth”, with a 50-year history building B2B and CPG brands.
With Bray Leino's capabilities, we are now able to add design, UX, PR, media and social to our capabilities. We now have a complete suite of marketing services to deliver you more sales at a lower CPA.
We are now truly the home of sales growth.

Historically, a lot of our clients operate in highly regulated multinationals, like financial services. But more recently, we have helped T2 and T3 companies with simpler organisational structures.
We are particularly strong among B2B companies, where purchase decisions are complex, sales cycles are long, and there is often a disconnect between Sales and Marketing teams.
We also work well with D2C companies, where the sale is online. And also with CPG companies, where marketing creates demand, but fulfilment is via retailers and distribution networks.
